All Dina StyleKnits items are handmade with love and care. All gloves, socks, etc., are made for selling purpose and have never been worn (except for taking pictures).

Shipping

We are located in Ukraine, Europe. After received payment we will send your purchase within 1-3 business days via priority mail (the purchase will be registered and will get a special code which is sent to you by e-mail). We offer delivery all over the world.

Shipping terms depending on your location.
Approximate terms of standard shipping:
– USA: 21-35 days
– Europe: 16-35 days
– Canada: 22-45 days
– Australia: 45-60 days
– Rest of the world: 2-6 weeks

I can propose express shipping:

– USA,- Europe,- Canada-10-12 days

DHL shipping: 5-7 days

(Business days = from Monday to Friday).

Shipping cost: the standard delivery of one item costs $6.99 and these expenses increase with every additional item. Express shipping $15-20 depends of country and weight, DHL shipping -$35-70 depends of country and weight.

Returns and refunds

If you are unhappy with our item, you can return it within 3 days after its arrival.

You should always contact us by e-mail at first for the return or exchange instructions.

The item you wish to return must not be altered. Please note that we refund only the price of the item (we do not refund shipping expenses).

The refund is made within 5 business days after the item returns to us. Also, you should know that custom made items cannot be returned.
